激光烟气净化器是针对工业废气烟尘设计的空气净化器，结构是由集尘管道、过滤器、活性炭过滤器、集尘风扇和触摸式操作器等构成的完全空气净化系统。
烟气净化器在风机的吸引下，通过进气口将生产中产生的废气吸入设备，废气通过设备中的预过滤层、主过滤层、气体过滤层等逐步净化，净化后的气体可达到环评标准，并可再次排放到室内。其中设备中的预过滤层可以吸附废气中较大的颗粒；主过滤层由HEPA过滤元件组成，对于直径为0.3微米的颗粒，过滤效率为99.997%。气体过滤层由化学过滤元件组成，可以净化废气中的有害气体。
